Where is my DnDungeon download link?

If you purchased a map or asset pack from the DnDungeon shop & haven't received a download link, the most likely culprit is your spam folder! Order confirmation emails from the storefront are occasionally flagged by spam filters, especially with Gmail.

So check your spam first. If the email is there, mark it as not spam & the download link inside will work normally.

How shop downloads work

When you complete a purchase, DnDungeon's website automatically sends an order confirmation email to the email you used at checkout. That email contains your download link. Links are tied to your order & don't expire.

If you have a Shopify account, you can also access your downloads any time by logging in & going to your order history.

If you're a Patreon subscriber

Patreon content isn't delivered by email. All map packs & subscriber downloads are available directly on the DnDungeon storefront; each pack has download buttons for subscribers! See How to download DnDungeon patron content for a full walkthrough.
